CONTEST RULES FOR ROCK 98.5

General Contest Rules

To play our games, you must be at least 18 years of age, unless otherwise specified.
You have 2 weeks to pick up prizes or certificates from our studio location on SR 26 during our business hours (Monday - Friday, 8:00 am - 5:00 pm) unless otherwise specified or arranged.
You must use the prize certificate within 30 days of receipt unless otherwise stated.
Once you win any of our contests, you and your immediate family members and those residing in your household are ineligible to play any of our other contests for 60 days.
You may be asked to show proof of identity when picking up prizes (a photo ID is preferred).
These rules apply to all contests on Rock 98.5, with the exclusion of larger seasonal promotions which may have additional rules and regulations.
Prize-winners are responsible for any taxes or extra fees associated with the prize if applicable.
Employees, immediate family members of, and those residing in the same household of employees of Rock 98.5, its parent company Hoosier AM-FM, LLC., or any subsidiary thereof, are not eligible
If you are a sponsor of any contests on Rock 98.5, you, your employees, immediate family members, and those residing in your household, are not eligible to participate in the contest being sponsored by said company.

By calling our studio contest lines, we reserve the right to record, edit, and/or play your call on the air in part or in its entirety. By registering online, we can use your name as a contest winner.
