There is absolutely NO excuse for how this woman reacted.
The woman who threw the soup was complaining to the manager that the soup was too hot, so hot that it melted the lid of the container. At that point, she picked up the soup she just described as scalding and THREW IT IN THE POOR GIRLS FACE.
