A survey done by PR Newswire found the average American checks their phone around 96 times a day. That comes out to be around once every ten minutes or so. In this same survey, Americans said that their phones helped them achieve a better work-life balance than before.
Every once in a while it’s nice to get a distraction from work and see what’s going on in the world. So how many times do you check your phone in a day?
