Sometimes it is very hard to fall asleep. According to Upworthy, there’s a military trick that’ll help you fall asleep in less than two minutes.

The goal of this trick is to relate your whole body one muscle group at a time. The article says you start with your face and relax those muscles. You then move to your upper body. Then your lower body and finish with your mind. It says to clear your mind and meditate for a bit and then you should start to get tired!
